Hand built ceramic mug crafted from high-fired stoneware clay.
Dark blue line painted shell illustration.

Flat handle with rounded edges, approximately 335 ml 8.5cm tall 9cm wide
Created by rolling out slabs of clay and adding the pieces together, each mug is lovingly crafted by hand in my studio. Fired twice in a kiln to stoneware temperatures.
Featuring hand painted sea illustration, each mug will appear slightly different due to its hand made nature.
Dishwasher and microwave safe but I recommend hand washing to prolong its life.
Unglazed base - I recommend using a coaster to protect surfaces.

Are these mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, but I recommend hand washing to extend the life of your handmade pottery as dishwashers can be harsh. However, many customers have reported success with dishwashing my mugs for years without issue.
Are these mugs microwave safe?
Yes, except for anything with metal lustres (gold/silver) as these are genuine precious metals.
Are the ceramic earrings heavy?
Although I get asked this question a lot, the answer is no. Customers at markets are often surprised by how lightweight my earrings actually are. I make the clay as thin as possible to ensure they are not too heavy for your ears.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, if you see something you like but would like it slightly changed in colour or appearance let me know and I can see what I can do, pre orders take around 4 weeks.
